We love staying here at the holidays. Service is great! Location is perfect! What a bummer one of the previous customers didn't know about the free Happy Hour! We loved it. The continental breakfast was more than enough for us. We didn't get any extra charges. Our room was lovely as well. It's a small hotel but feels cozy which is also why we really enjoy it for the holidays.

Lovely hotel, recommended. We went for New Years, was great fun being right next to China town and a 15 minute walk to see the city fireworks at midnight. Their 4-6 free happy hour really set us up for the evening! The room we stayed in was very comfortable, with a great hot shower

Our stay was great, room was clean and good sized. Happy hour and continental breakfast were a nice surprise too. The hotel is located in a great place at the foot of Chinatown and so close to Union Square and several great restaurants and nightclubs.

The hotel rooms are good enough. Service is good. What is not good is the breakfast. They say it is a "included continental breakfast", but it was so disappointing. Croissants, bagels, apples and a few muffins options, with orange juice and coffee. No water provided in the breakfast room. Was expecting at least that. Also, I payed the valet parking and my car reported through my phone app that the doors were left unlocked multiple times. Nothing was stolen but still, I got concerned. I talked to front desk but they said it's a safe parking lot. The hotel is decently nice and good location. UPDATE: We checked out and they added a $35 fee a night for “amenities”, which included wifi (which said on the website that it was free), the breakfast (which said it was included in the original price), the water filter, a $5 voucher for a shop which they never told us of, and a happy hour that was barely advertised. Would NOT recommend staying here. You can find something better for same or cheaper price. Trust!!

There was a moldy smell in my room and my air conditioner never worked in the whole five days I was staying in the hotel so I always walked into a misty hot room. There is no desk area so it was hard to find a place to work in my room. But the service and breakfast was great!
